The Ballet Edmonton Home Tour
This past weekend, we were thrilled to participate in the Ballet Edmonton (BE) Home Tour. The BE Home Tour is not just a chance for Edmontonians to explore stunning homes and innovative designs but also a significant fundraiser for Ballet Edmonton—a cornerstone of our local arts community.
About the BE Home Tour
The BE Home Tour is Ballet Edmonton’s largest annual fundraising event. Each year, it offers Edmontonians the opportunity to tour a selection of five fabulous homes in and around the city, designed and built by local talent. Proceeds from the event support Ballet Edmonton’s mission to enrich the city’s cultural landscape through innovative dance performances and community outreach. This cherished event has become a highlight for design enthusiasts and a vital source of support for the arts in Edmonton.
When we were approached to have our home included in the BE Home Tour, we were humbled and thrilled. It only made sense to double up on the fun by sponsoring as well. It’s already a little nerve-wracking to have hundreds of people tour through your home, it’s especially daunting to be the home builder too.
We hosted guests with the help of two other businesses we work with regularly: BJB Woodshop & Monarch Flooring.
BJB Woodshop
BJB Woodshop, established by Bryan and Erin Boutin in 2015, has changed the game in custom stair and railing design. With a focus on collaboration and innovation, BJB is always up for a challenge and welcomes pushing boundaries in design and tailoring to a design vision with flawless execution.

Monarch Flooring offers premium flooring solutions which are found in all of Infill North’s homes including renovations. Their dedication to quality and service is second to none
We couldn’t have done it without the incredible volunteers from Ballet Edmonton who made the tour seamless for everyone involved. From guiding visitors through our spaces to sharing the backstory of each design element, their enthusiasm and dedication were unparalleled.
We also want to extend our gratitude to Edify Edmonton for featuring our story in their magazine, and to local media like Global Edmonton and the Edmonton Journal for spotlighting the homes in this year’s tour. The coverage not only drew attention to the event but also highlighted the incredible builders, designers, suppliers, and tradespeople who bring these homes to life.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by the Nihilo during the tour! Whether you were there to admire the design, gather ideas for your own projects, or simply enjoy a weekend exploring Edmonton, we’re so grateful for your time and kind words.
