The Borealis went up in Crestwood. This infill featured a full in-law suite on the main floor so their parents could enjoy accessibility and all the same views as them—we’re convinced this makes our clients and their parents Northerners.

We loved the in-law suite they included for their parents—this made for a thoughtful floor plan to keep the flow throughout the entire home for both families.
Functional Design
Is it fair to say that great design is functional? The Borealis demanded function, and seeing our clients’ individual style shine through in the final design made it that much more satisfying.
A Staircase Centerpiece
BJB Woodshop worked his usual magic for this build and effectively turned this home’s custom staircase into its own type of art piece.
